AUTO WASH 600

California Approved Automatic Press Wash

Description:

A low VOC, biodegradable press

wash to be used on all types of sheetfed and web

press equipment. AUTO WASH 600 contains a mixture of solvents and surfactants

that provide excellent cleaning of blankets and rollers. This wash is designed to

provide a low VOC alternative to conventional press washes. AUTO WASH 600 is

emulsifiable with water to help with the removal of paper fiber and coating from

blankets. The AUTO WASH 600 is also an excellent choice for UV/hybrid ink

applications.

Directions for Use:

By Hand:

Blankets – Apply a liberal amount of AUTO WASH 600 to a clean rag and wipe across

blanket surface until ink and paper contaminants are removed. Follow-up with a

water rinse to remove any residue. Rollers – Apply enough wash to thoroughly clean

ink from all rollers. Follow-up with water rinse to remove any residue.

Automatic Blanket & Roller Washes:

Follow manufacturers’ instructions for use in automatic wash equipment. Add water

for faster drying and better removal of paper coating and fiber.
